Ravi, chandra, Budha , neene , Rahu kethuvu neene, kavi guru  saniyu, mangalamu neene

 

Charanam

 

1.Diva , rathriyu neene , Nava dhanyavu neene ,

Bhava roga hara neene Bheshajanu neene.

 

2.Rithu , vathsaravu brudhu , yugadhiyu neene,

Krathu  homa , sad bhakthiyu neene,

Ennodaya Purandhara vittalane ,

Shruthige silukuda aprathima mahima neene.

Oh lotus eyed one, you are the strength of all planets,

Oh God who is spread all over the world,

You are the protector of everything.

You are the sun, moon  and mercury,

You are  the planets Rahu and Kethu,

You are Venus, Jupiter, Saturn  and mars.

 

Charanam

 

1.You are the day and night,

You are the nine types of cereals,

You are the destroyer of disease of birth and death,

And you are the doctor who treats.

 

2.You are the season , years  and the eons,

You are actions, fire sacrifices and great devotion,

Oh Purandara vittala , who is mine,

You are the great power that is ,

Not approachable  by the Vedas.
