I bow down before the child Gopala

Who is always  served by my mind,

And also always meditate on his feet.

Charanam

1.Wearing a broad gem studded golden girdle with bells,

And glittering  due to the sound coming from that,

And whose feet moves in curved angular steps ,

Becoming confused as to why he is not able to take the straight steps,

But  is blessed with shine of a very graceful dance.

2.With fresh butter overflowing from his pretty hands,

And his dazzling feet  surrounded by Brahma and other devas,

The divine  lord in the form of child Gopala

Has established himself as Hari on the Venkata mountains,
